These are the rules we apply to every account, set out in our own words. The full terms shown in your account at sign-up remain the binding version.
Who May Register
Only adults aged 18 or over may open an account, and each person may hold just one. The name, address and date of birth you register with have to agree with the documents we request.
The Welcome Stages
Your first four deposits are matched 100% to £500 on the first, 75% to £750 on the second and on the third, and 50% to £1,000 on the fourth: up to £3,000 in all. Each stage needs £20 or more. Wagering sits between 35x and 40x and is printed on each offer card. Bonus funds remain locked until it is complete.
Milestones and Reload Days
Deposits five, ten and fifteen are matched 100% to £1,000, 75% to £1,000 and 50% to £1,200. Each asks for £20 or more, carries 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus, expires after 7 days and limits every stake to £5. Reload offers apply only on their own day, counted in UTC. A single bonus may be active at any one time.
Paying In and Paying Out
The smallest deposit we take is £10. The lowest withdrawal is £20 (£100 for bank transfer), the highest £5,000 per transaction, and we process each one within 72 hours.
Verification
Before a withdrawal, when a deposit is large, or if account activity seems out of pattern, we may request photo ID, a selfie and a proof-of-address document. Payouts wait until the check is complete.
Our Licence
We hold a licence from Anjouan, Comoros. We are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and GAMSTOP does not extend to our accounts.
